Terms and Conditions

As Elizabeth’s work is unique and captures the nature of an animal, the winner must be able to provide access to the horse or pet in order for the painting to be completed.

The raffle closes on Thursday 31st December 2018. The winner will be chosen at random and announced shortly after close, via email and social media.

Raffle tickets are sold at £5 per ticket and cannot be resold.

Only one ticket will be selected as the winner. Should the owner of the winning ticket not claim their prize within 30 days, another winner will be drawn at random.

The prize can only be delivered to a UK address – should the winner require postage outside of the UK, charges may apply.

There is no cash alternative to the prize.

If the winner lives more than 50 miles away from the artist, an image of the horse or pet may be sent by email.

The winner will need to arrange collection for their prizes or pay for delivery themselves.

It is an offence for raffle tickets to be sold to, by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age. If a ticket is sold to, by, or bought on behalf of a person under the age of 16 they will be exempt from the raffle and will not be awarded any prize.

Any raffle tickets purchased after the draw will be considered as donations to The Injured Jockeys Fund.

In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the raffle in any way, the organisers reserve the right to fairly administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred.

Raffle is being run by Elizabeth Day, 4 Millands Lane, Kilve, TA5 1ED.
